Job Description - Electrical Engineer

Work as part of a team developing industrial hydrogen generating equipment. Contribute in all stages of product development and deployment, including conceptual design, research and development, prototyping, engineering design and manufacture, and installation and final commissioning. Additional responsibilities may include managing small to mid-size projects and interfacing with customers and suppliers. A working knowledge of electrical codes and standards is required. Familiarity with NFPA codes is desired. Strong computer skills are required. Experience with AutoCad Electrical and National Instruments Lab View is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

AS EE required

Minimum 5 years experience

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and documentation of electromechanical systems, including electrical power distribution, instrumentation, motors, controls, and power electronics.

Specification of components and the creation of electrical schematics.

Ensure products can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.

Design and implement equipment modifications to improve safety, cost, reliability and manufacturability.

Develop and document project specifications working across functional disciplines, including business, operating, and manufacturing personnel.

Manage projects using engineering principles and techniques.

Assist in the evaluation of new product designs and recommend future actions.

Solve complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.

Install, commission and monitor plants and systems.

REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer

SALARY RANGE: Negotiable, commensurate with experience

Job Description - Mechanical Engineer

Assist in the development and implementation of new materials and technologies. Additional responsibilities may include managing small to mid-size projects and interfacing with customers and suppliers.Strong skills with solid modeling software such as AutoCAD Inventor, ProE and SolidWorks isrequired. Familiarity with NFPA codes is desired.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS ME required

Minimum 5 years experience

Design pressurized equipment to ASME and PED standards.

Produce solid models and build-to drawings for pressurized components and assemblies.

Job Description - Technician / Mechanical Assembler

Work as part of a team building and assembling industrial hydrogen generating equipment. The candidate should have good mechanicals skills and experience assembling high-pressure pneumatic components and instrumentation. Should have an ability to read assembly instructions, including drawings and schematics.Position requires manually lifting equipment up to 35 lbs. Experience using overhead cranes is desired.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma required, AE ME preferred

Minimum 5 years experience
